    CEO

    As President and CEO, as well as a member of the IPG Board of Directors, Vince is focused on driving IPG’s value for clients by advancing IPG’s capabilities and solutions. Before joining IPG, Vince was President and CEO of Triad, a leading musculoskeletal care management company. Under Vince’s leadership, Triad became a leader in its market, experienced significant growth and profitability, and in 2013, the company was acquired by MedSolutions (now EviCore). Previous experience includes leading Strategy and Business Development for Blue Shield of California, where he developed strategies to increase the company’s market position and competitiveness. Earlier, he led Corporate Development for Magellan Health Services where he developed and executed on a successful diversification strategy by expanding into Radiology and Pharmacy, which is still the core of the company’s growth and profitability today. Vince also held leading positions at United Health Group, Cigna, JP Morgan and GE Capital.

  • Brian Holt

    President

    As chief innovation officer for IPG, Brian Holt is responsible for driving the company’s health plan engagement and product development strategies to ensure that IPG is providing long-term, strategic alignment with its health plan client’s objectives. Brian excels in defining and delivering best-in-case creative strategies for IPG’s health plan clients that effectively meet their financial goals, while improving health care provider satisfaction. Since joining IPG in 2013 as vice president of strategic development, Brian has successfully interfaced with many of IPG’s key health plan clients and manufacturer partners, consulting with them on program alignment, reimbursement/pricing strategy, network optimization, and new technology introduction. Prior to working with IPG, Brian has held leadership positions in marketing, corporate strategy, and network management at BCBSNC, and sales and business development at Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp). Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina, and holds a MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Alabama – Birmingham.

  • Sherwin Krug

    Chief Financial Officer

    Sherwin Krug has more than 20 years of CFO, COO and CEO experience with high growth venture-backed technology companies, from start-up through mid-market. Sherwin’s experience includes: finance, operations, M&A, legal, HR, marketing and product management. Most recently Sherwin was the Founder/CEO of AppointmentCity.com, a funded internet start-up that enabled prospective patients to book appointments with physicians in a real-time setting. Sherwin built and successfully ran the company through its sale to Colorado -based Healthagen in January 2011. Prior to that Sherwin was the COO of MFG.com, a high growth venture-backed global internet marketplace for the manufacturing industry. Sherwin had direct responsibility for all operations and led their European acquisitions, and the set-up of operations in China. In addition, prior to that Sherwin was the CFO for Tectonic Network, a micro-cap public company primarily focused on payment processing software. Even prior to that, Sherwin served as CFO for CMD Group, a 1,200 employee worldwide database company, through its sale to Reed Elsevier plc for $300 million. Sherwin spent the first 10 years of his career with Ernst & Young in both its Johannesburg, South Africa, and Atlanta offices, where he focused on entrepreneurial growth companies including positioning them for successful IPO’s. Sherwin is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honors from the University of South Africa.

  • Amy Schornick

    Chief Customer Officer

    Amy serves as IPG’s Chief Customer Officer.  In her role, she is laser focused on building and generating strong relationships within our existing and prospective health plan client base. Her in-depth experience in network contracting, value-based strategy and network management and operations is invaluable in this position.  As a part of the leadership team, she manages and partners with the team of Market Development Directors in their health plan and facility endeavors. Amy is an accomplished health care leader with a proven track record which includes senior management positions with leading health plan and provider organizations including Evolent Health, Texas Health Resources and Cigna, in addition to providing network strategy consulting services to health plans and facilities. Amy’s in-depth experience in network contracting, value-based care and network strategy and operations is a great asset in helping IPG continue to deliver effective solutions to the health plan and surgical facility markets.

  • Kerry Lee Perry

    VP of Marketing & PMO

    Since joining IPG in 2011, Kerry has created IPG’s Marketing Strategy to rebrand and reposition the company to deliver comprehensive surgical cost management solutions through value-based, consultative selling that creates long-term partnership opportunities for IPG’s customers and diversification of our revenue sources. Kerry successfully works to deliver the IPG marketing strategy while further strengthening the IPG brand, company value and industry leadership. She continues to generate ideas and new programs to support key initiatives for the organization using analytics, tools and the integrated marketing strategies needed to drive market expansion opportunities. Prior to IPG, Kerry worked in several strategic business development and marketing roles, most notably spending twelve years in various leadership positions within the healthcare consulting division of 3M. Kerry graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, cooking and spending time with her husband and three boys.

  • Monica Gorisek

    VP of Service Operations

    As Vice President of Service Operations for IPG, Monica oversees the day to day operations of the business to support organizational profitable growth and to execute on productivity and efficiency throughout the Company’s operations.  Since joining IPG at the end of 2007, Monica has served in a number of key positions, to include Account Manager and Director of Operations and Client Services. Prior to IPG, Monica worked in several healthcare administrative roles, including 3.5 years with Premier Orthopedic Surgery in Georgia. Monica graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Tech) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and completed the Mid Management Program from the Dupree College of Management. Monica is a member of Mensa International and has a passion for ATVs and motorbikes, and when she has a spare moment, she likes to spend it with her husband and three kids.


Our Board of Directors

Norman C. Payson, M.D.

IPG Chairman of the Board

Dr. Norman Payson joined the IPG Board of Directors as Chairman in May 2021 after a forty-year career as Chief Executive Officer and/or Chairman of multiple healthcare organizations and as an active participant in healthcare philanthropy and graduate education. He previously served as CEO of Healthsource, Oxford Health Plans and Apria Healthcare, and as the chairman of Concentra. Dr. Payson currently serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of the City of Hope and is a Director and Co-investor in five private equity-sponsored health care companies.

Zach Ferguson

Managing Director at TPG Growth

Zach joined the IPG Board of Directors in April 2021. He is a Managing Director with TPG Growth based in San Francisco, where he is a member of the Healthcare team. Prior to re-joining TPG, Zach was President and co-founder of Ediom, a healthcare data and information services company.  Zach previously held roles at Technology Crossover Ventures and Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company, and currently serves on the boards of GoHealth Urgent Care, Medical Solutions, and Q-Centrix. 

Vince Coppola

IPG President & CEO

Vince Coppola became IPG’s President and CEO in 2016 and also joined the IPG Board of Directors. Vince brings extensive experience leading and growing healthcare companies. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Triad, which was acquired by MedSolutions (now EviCore) in 2013. Vince’s extensive healthcare services experience includes leading strategy and development at Blue Shield of California and Magellan Health Services. Vince also held leading positions at United Health Group, Cigna, JP Morgan and GE Capital.
